Kerrie was the conveyancer for my property purchase. All Points Conveyancing advocated for the appliances and chattels to be in good working order prior to settlement. All Points Conveyancing helped me both with selling my apartment and purchasing a new home. They had our interests at the forefront of any contract/ conditions. In particular, we found Kerrie to be amazing. She showed patience as she checked over a number of section 32's for us.The only reason for not providing 5 stars was just because there were a couple of staff changeovers (that were out of their control) that made it a little less of a smooth transaction.Thanks team.

Kerrie is helpful when she is available. The key word is available. Short answer is I almost lost a deal from the lack of communication and slow turnaround from the team. Be prepared to chase the team for answers, as unfortunately, they are not very proactive. It seems that they are short on capacity to provide free reviews for clients.There were also times where I had to ring the front office to ask Kerrie to give me an update on the status of the review and sometimes she would not provide me a callback. Inconsistency there. I was told by Sara at reception that turnaround was 48-72 hours. Last Tuesday this was not the case. I had sent an email at 9 am on Tuesday with the title please review by Friday COB. I really wanted to give Kerrie & Team a chance, so I provided them 96 hours. It was only by Thursday I heard from Kerrie that she had received the email. 96 hours regardless is still too slow in my honest opinion.If you want a free review, be prepared for the slow turnaround as you can see above. Note that their review will be a phone call and a few amendments in an email. This is unlike other conveyancers who will provide you detailed screenshots and clauses in their reviews. It might be worth going elsewhere if this is what you would like from a conveyancer like myself.I believe the team are very competent at their jobs, but communication is too slow if you want to put in a competitive offer and have it accepted. Please see the 1 star review from Prerana. The lack of communication is a recurring trend here.

I engaged All Points Conveyancing with the purchase of our house and they were amazing from start to finish. I have used other conveyancers / solicitors in the past and I have to say the experience with All Points were the best. They were very prompt, clear and concise with their advice with reviewing contract of sale, super proactive when it came to pre-settlement processes. Whilst they may not be the cheapest, but they are worth what I paid for :) Take this as a sign to call and enquire if you are shopping for a conveyancer!

11/10 - I would recommend All points conveyancing to everyone! The team probably put more effort into our property search than we did. They were so responsive, picked up so many parts of contracts that needed amending or changing and spent so much time talking us through every step we needed to take from the start of our search, to the final purchase of our first property. It was an absolute fluke that I found All Points Conveyancing through a google search. I’m a first home buyer and honestly had no idea what I was doing!
